I needed a new lamp for the end table in my bedroom. My color scheme is deep turquoise and avocado green with white accents. This lamp fit right it. The green color is vibrant, and the shape is clean and sleek. It is also the perfect size for my end table. It arrived promptly and came with a light bulb. The pattern when the light is on is very nice and darker than in the image online. The light is also not too harsh; it's very soft. The only reason I did not give the lamp 5 stars is because the color of the shade is yellower than I realized. It's a yellowy manilla. When I first took it out of the box, I wasn't sure I liked it, but it has grown on me in the few weeks since I've had it; I also really enjoy the rest of the lamp (shape, color, size, pattern), so the shade ended up not being a reason not to keep it. If you are looking for a table lamp; this one is perfect to brighten up a room and add to the decor. I would definitely recommend it.I'm very happy with this lamp. It fits my living room theme style perfectly, or bring the outdoors in during these long days of winter. I bought it as an open box and really didn't know what to expect, but the color and size is perfect for my needs. I live now the shade shows growing plants (yarrow?) through the shade when it's turned on, however when the lamp is off the shade is covered with what looks like a deep tan shantung. I'm not crazy about this aspect, but since the lamp is almost always on, it's not a big problem for me.For the money, this lamp is really nice. It doesn't look cheap at all, seems to be of decent quality build, is attractive and the best part is in fact the unique lampshade that when lit up shows you silhouettes of flowers just like the picture on Amazon suggests. It has a very warm and homely feel to it. We love it! Really a fantastic product for the price. The only thing I'd improve is: (1) enabling the lampshade to tilt..because it does not as is (2) enabling the light to be a little brighter - but it isn't too bad as is.For the purpose we bought it for whcih is to sit on a large office desk and look good and provide enough warm light to comfortably work by ina cozy environment, this lamp is great.I love this lamp. I just got it yesterday. Our quilt and blanket have a light, lime, green in them and this is perfect. It makes our bedroom look so lovely and pretty and restful! Thanks to my husband and to Lite Source for such a perfect gift. And, the price was just perfect. When the lamp is on and you see the flowers, it is so elegant!Nice lamp for the price. There were several creases in my shade though..Color not what I expected...shade was thin paper...most importantly the socket bent...great idea, just needs better quality materials.Ordered this lamp and it came broken. Ordered a replacement and it came broken. Thought it would be a cute lamp but I guess I’ll never know.I love this lamp so much I bought a second one.Beautiful and well made.
